Ready for an Offline Date? Here’s a Few Ask4Date Dating Tips
The world of online dating is full of singles trying to make a connection. You’ve found that special one and you’re ready to meet them in person, so let’s ask for a date! When you make your move to ask for the date, be sure your romantic interest is also ready. Talk to them a few times; get a good feel for where they stand. If you think they are still a little shy, hold back for a few chatting sessions. If you feel they are ready to meet in person, it’s time to make your move!
Go to the “Ask4Date” feature on the site, and enter in the member’s username and we’ll shoot them an e-mail. The e-mail will let them know that you are interested in meeting them for a date, and you were wondering if they feel the same. After they receive the e-mail they have the option to either accept or decline.
If they accept, we’ll shoot you over a “whoo-hoo!!!” e-mail that your romantic interest is ready to move from online dating to real-world dating. After which, it’s up to you to set up a time, place and date. However, if they reject the invitation we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know. But don’t be discouraged just yet! It could be that your love interest is still a little shy, and would like to get to know you a little better. So keep chatting!
Once you do get that first date, it’s time to get on with it and get ready! Remember to wear something nice that will surely set your date’s heart racing and the butterflies in their tummy flying. Pay attention to your nails and shoes. Make sure they are clean and free of any grime. Your date will be sure to notice those fine details and want to cuddle up for more.
When you meet on your first date, go to a local coffee shop. Describe to your date what you are planning on wearing, so it will be easier to find you. If you’re undecided on what to wear and still searching through that closet of yours, tell them a white carnation will be on the table of where you are sitting. Also remember to bring something to read in case your date is running late. Lastly, always greet your date with that big, beautiful smile of yours.
We understand that asking for that first date can be a painstaking process, where you would rather have your arm twisted. That’s why we’re here to help you through the process. You’re going to be meeting a lot of people in your online dating adventure, and it makes it easier to have a friend and guide with you! Click here to find our more about our fun Ask4Date feature.
